General Conditions
Refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team at support@webbybooky.com
Refunds are only available for the unused portion of the plan period.
1 Month Plan
- Refunds are not available for 1 month plan.
- Customers may cancel anytime, and access will remain active until the end of the plan date.
6 Month and 12 Month Plan
- Partial Refunds: Customers can request a refund for unused months, if requested within 3 months of plan start date.
- No refunds will be provided after 3 months of purchasing a plan.
- Refunds will be recalculated based on the standard monthly rate (without discounts).
- The months already used will be charged at the standard monthly rate, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- For Example:
If you purchased a 6 month plan with a 20% discount and request a refund after 2 months:
Regular monthly rate: ฿600 THB (4 team members x ฿150)
Discounted rate for 6 months: ฿2880 (20% off ฿3600)
At 2 months, if you cancel:
2 months charged at regular rate: 2 x ฿600 = ฿1200
Refund = ฿2880 - ฿1200 = ฿1680
Team Member Slot Increase Purchase
- Refundable if requested within 7 days of purchase.
SMS Credits
- Purchases of SMS credits are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Purchases Through Sales Agents or Representatives
- Refunds are not available for plans purchased through a sales agent or sales representative.

- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, but changes will not affect active plans.
